We provide job-oriented training in US IT Recruitment and Bench Sales, focused on real-world skills, live project work, and the use of modern AI recruiting tools like Oorwin, Zoho Recruit, and Bullhorn. Our mission is to equip aspiring recruiters with the tools, techniques, and confidence to succeed in today’s hiring landscape.
Our Story
Founded in 2018, Recruiters Training Hub began as a mentorship initiative led by Radhika P — whose recruitment journey includes working with top clients like Shell Oil, Macy’s, Blue Shield, ERCOT, Walt Disney, and Capital One etc.
Recognizing the gap between theoretical training and real-world hiring expectations, Radhika built a program that emphasizes live sourcing, resume screening, ATS usage, and interview coordination — all modeled after real client workflows.
Since its inception, Recruiters Training Hub has trained and placed thousands of professionals, including fresh graduates, career-switchers, and independent consultants across the United States, UAE, Canada, and India.
Backed by over 20 years of experience, Radhika and her team now provide a structured pathway for learners to gain certification, project-based experience, and access to job opportunities with direct clients, staffing agencies, and MSPs.
